yeah-- he refused tear down-- poor guy-- every time he shows up they have one of the irritatingly difficult pill things, which for a part timer, almost isnt worth it.

Yes all 3 cars tore down the engines and were found to be legel...

I don't blame the guy! I would have done the same thing. I race part time and if I would not have won the race I would not have torn down either! Not to mention that the 21 car (if I remember correctly) is for sale. Why would you tear it all down and put it back together?

how far did they tear down and was it top 3 -5? thanks

They checked the carb , the intake , The exaust , bore and stroke , cam lift and dropped the pan to look at the crank and rods. It was to be the top 4 but the 21 car declined so only 3

so what happens if you decline are you just dq'd for that race or what

You also have to complete the tech process before you can race again.
