i was looking through some classifieds and saw some people with VW bugs racing mini stock but they were all in the southern states. Also, do mid engine cars go against the "rear" engine rule? Thanks

you cant run a rear engine vehicle...and im sure the track will not allow a mid engine vehicle to run either...
